Johan Laidoner (12. veebruar 1884 Viiratsi vald, Viljandimaa – 13. märts 1953 Vladimiri keskvangla, Vladimiri linn Venemaa) oli Eesti sõjaväelane ning poliitik.

Johan Laidoner (b. February 12, 1884, Wieratz, District of Fellin, now Viljandi County, in Livonia, now Estonia - d. March 13, 1953, Vladimir Prison Camp, Russia) was a seminal figure of Estonian history between the World Wars. His highest position was Commander-in-chief of the Estonian Army in 1918–1920, 1924–1925, and 1934–1940.
