John J. Felgentreu Sr., 86, of Bride Street, a retired foreman, died June 3, 1992, in his home.

Mr. Felgentreu was born in Hoboken, N.J. He had retired from General Foods in Suffolk and was an Army veteran. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Suffolk.

Survivors include his wife, Evelyn Moran Felgentreu; a son, John Felgentreu Jr. of Courtland; a sister, Ann F. Little of New Jersey; two grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Friends may join the family at 132 Captain John Road, Courtland. Wright Funeral Home, Franklin, is handling arrangements.
