Mr John Flynn, 48 [1], was born and lived in Carrowhakin, Clonbur, County Galway. He is listed as an agricultural labourer.

He boarded the Titanic at Queenstown as a third class passenger (ticket number 368323, £6 19s). His destination was 4343 Fraser Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

John Flynn died in the sinking. His body,if recovered, was never identified. He was survived by wife, Mary Flynn of Pittsburgh and six children: Catherine, Marie, Edward, John, Elizabeth and Dorothy.
