John Tisdale was born on 10 August 1669 at Taunton. He was the son of John Tisdale Jr. and (H)Anna Rogers.

John Tisdale married Deborah Deane, daughter of Thomas Deane and Katharine Stephens, circa 1700.

John Tisdale married prob. Abigail Burt before 1707.

John Tisdale died on 26 January 1728 at Taunton at age 58.
