I devise to my son James Watson ninety five acres and a half the residue of my land embracing my present dwelling and improvements - together with my farming the silo and house hold . Further I devise fifty acres of land that Rebekah Watson sold to Adam Monay unto the said Adam his heirs and assigns forever. . I devise fifty acres which I allotted to my son William - deceased to my two grandsons John Allison Watson and William Watson to be divided equally between them. .
