        From the Department of the Army - Records in this office indicate that the remains of one Private Jonas Lash, who served with Company C, 57th Illinois Infantry were disinterred from their original burial location at Duncan's Place, Battlefield in Tennessee and reinterred in Grave 1819, Section RG, Shiloh National Cemetery.  Shiloh National Cemetery is part of the Shiloh National Military Park and Cemetery, Pittsburg Landing, Shiloh, Tennessee, 38376.  It is under the jurisdiction of the National Park Service, Department of the Interior.
