Joseph Reynolds[1]

• M, b. 29 December 1676, d. 16 January 1759
• Joseph Reynolds was born on 29 December 1676 at Boston. He was the son of Nathaniel Reynolds and Priscilla Bracket.
• Joseph Reynolds married Phebe Leonard, daughter of George Leonard and Anna Tisdale, on 26 August 1718 at Norton.
• Joseph Reynolds died on 16 January 1759 at Bristol, RI, at age 82.

Inherited 10 acres in Bristol from his father, built grist mill and later his mansion, "Willowmere", on what is now upper Elm Street, that stayed in Reynolds family for seven generations. House was headquarters for Lafayette when in Bristol, and was bombarded by British fleet.

Joseph was ensign in Bristol County Militia, member of Congregational Church.
