Katherine Broughton, c.1514-April 23, 1535, was the daughter of John Broughton of Toddington, Bedfordshire (d. January 23, 1518) and Anne Sapcote (d. March 14, 1558/9). Her mother was subsequently married to Richard Jerningham and John Russell, 1st earl of Bedford. Before June 18, 1531, Katherine had married Lord William Howard (1510-January 21, 1573), younger son of the duke of Norfolk and later 1st baron Howard of Effingham. They had one child, a daughter named Agnes. Portrait: brass in St. Mary Lambeth, London.
