About ? Kogan
Jacob Kogan was a member of the Jewish Council in Wlodzimierz Wolynski, Poland. In September 1942 he was ordered by the Germans to provide seven thousand Jews.
Realizing that these people would be taken outside the town and shot, he committed suicide, together with his wife and thirteen year old son.
