    Lady Elizabeth Hay was the daughter of George Hay, 7th Earl of Erroll and Margaret Robertson.1,2 A contract for the marriage of Lady Elizabeth Hay and William Keith, Master of Marischal was signed on 13 January 1543/44.1
    From 13 January 1543/44, her married name became Keith.1
