Lady Isabel Ruthven married, firstly, Sir Robert Gordon of Lochinvar.[1] She and Sir Robert Gordon of Lochinvar were divorced in 1608.[1]

She married, secondly, Sir Hugh Campbell, 1st Lord Campbell of Loudoun, son of Sir Matthew Campbell of Loudoun and Isabel Drummond, after 1608.[1]

She is the daughter of William Ruthven, 1st Earl of Gowrie and Dorothea Stewart.[2],[1]
