MRS. A.N. LEECRAFT DIES; FUNERAL SHERMAN, FOUR O'CLOCK

Oklahoma City, Okla. July_____

Mrs. A.N. Leecraft, wife of the State Treasurer died at her home here late last night. She was 45 years old and had been ill nearly two years. She became seriously ill about two months ago shortly after a return from Hot Springs, Ark., where she was treated for a nervous disease. Funeral arrangement will be mad at Sherman, Texas, tomorrow and the burial will be in the family cementery there.

The news was received with great sadness in Durant this morning. Mrs. Leecraft was known and beloved by many of our citizens. Before moving to Oklahoma City six years ago, the family lived at Colbert, where Colonel Leecraft was the head of the Leecraft Mercantile Company. Besides the bereaved husband four children are left to mourn her departure as follows: Mrs. Floyd Maytubby, Miss Mildred, Bertram and Donald Leecraft.

The remains will pass through this city tomorrow on the Texas Special for Sherman where funeral services will be held at the Sherman cementary at 4 o'clock. A number of citizens comtemplate attending the funeral from this city.
