Agreement signed 15 Dec 1716 between his heirs. CD 102 states he married a Sarah ----. WFT3, ped #3295 says he was b. 10 May1659, d. Oct 1709; m. 1703 to Sarah Folsom, abt 1662, d. 24 May 1746.
