Mother Lillie Mae Allen December 24, 1928- October 30, 2012

Mrs. Lillie Mae Allen 83, Columbus, Georgia, died Monday, October 29, 2012 at Columbus Regional Hospital. Funeral Services will be held 12 Noon Saturday, November 3, 2012 at Sconiers Funeral Home Chapel, Columbus, Georgia with Rev. James Lee officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 12-6 PM Friday, November 2, 2012 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Allen was born December 24, 1928 in Hatchechubee, Alabama; the Daughter of the late Willie Amy Smith-Tolbert. She was a homemaker and and member of 24th Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Allen, daughter, Martha Jackson, sons, Mark Green, Albert Green and Milton Green. Survivors include two daughters, Willie Mae Wade (Robert Wade) and Idell Smith (the late Mark Smith) one son, Willie Jackson (Denise Jackson), one sister, Johnnie Kate , devoted friend, Arthur Smith all of Columbus, Georgia; 25 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
