Tomas Carrasco Tirona was a soldier with the Armed Forces of the Philippines who was jailed at Fort Bonifacio during WWII. He wrote the book "The Philippine Anti-Communist Campaign" and designed the insignia of the Philippine Army Air Corps. More here: http://bitly.com/pwy0Hv
