Where as Margret Baley mother to Mrs. Margret Needham by her last will and testament did apint ye sd Mrs Margret Needham ye daughter of ye sd Mrs Margret Baley to be one of her Executors and did volenterely give and bequeth unto her sd daughter Margret Needham two negro women ye one called JUDE and ye other called CUCHON and there increese and to such of her children as she shall direct and nomenate by word or writing as may more at large apear by ye sd will And I the sd Margret Needham doth divide ye sd negros as followeth

Item I give unto my son John Needham 2 negros ye one called LIMBRICK and ye other called CUCHON to him and his heirs for ever

Item I give unto my son Baley one negro girl called NELLEY that is if ye sd Baley Needham doth apear in his own proper person and make demand of ye sd negro girl and if ye sd Baley doth not apear in his own proper person and make demand of ye sd negro girl then my desire is that my son John Needham should have ye sd negro girl called NELLEY

Item I give and (sic) unto my daughter Ann Needham four negrows ye one called JUDE the other called CATEY and ye other called JANEY and ye other called BABY which four negros I give unto her my sd daughter them and their increese for ever

Item I give unto my son Gidion Needham one negro girl called SEEBRON her and her increese for ever

Item I give unto my son Thomas Needham one negro boy called JUNG JIPEY (?) to him and his heirs for ever

Item I give unto my son Cristopher Needham one negro girl called BETEY which negro he ye sd Cristopher Needham hath now in his posseson about three years which negro girl ye sd Cristopher Needham hath now in his person in Virginey

accorden to ye power and athorety given to me by my mother Margret Baleys last will and testament this is the division which I do make among my children with the free consent sent of my husband Thomas Needham as witness my hand this 3 day of September 1730 Test. the sd Thomas Needham desiers to have his life time in ye sd negros which ye sd Executor Margret Needham freely consents? unto before the in sineng of the will in writeing as witness our hands ye sd year above written.
