Margaret was the first wife of Geoffrey Proctor of Bordley, Auditor to Henry, Earl of Northumberland. She was the mother of some or all of Geoffrey's children. She was definitely alive in 1506, the year of son William's birth, as she is mentioned on deeds in that same year. Geoffrey's will bequeaths his wife's girdles without naming the wife.
