I took the chance to see if I could find her or her husband in “The Times Digital Archive 1785-1975”, and found two items: Maria’s marriage and death announcements.
The first announcement reads: “On the 16th inst., at St. George’s, Cumberwell, by the Rev. S. Smith, Pedro Jose de Guerra, Esq., Consul-General at Paris, to Maria Rynd, daughter of the late Goodlatte Rynd, Esq., of Ryndville-castle, Ireland; the bride was given away by her brother, H. Temple Terrens Browne, Esq., of the Foreign-office. After the ceremony, the happy couple proceeded to Paris.” (Source: “The Times”, Tuesday, May 19, 1840, issue 17361, p. 6, col. F.)
The second announcement reads: “On the 31st Aug., at La Paz, Bolivia, Maria, widow of the late Señor Don Pedro Guerra, and second daughter of the late Captain Goodlatte Rynd, of Dublin.” (Source: “The Times”, Tuesday, Nov. 2, 1886, issue 31906, p. 1, col. A.)
