This home was probably built in the 1820's since Warren arrived in Lowndes County in 1818. Just past the cemetery is a private chapel belonging to the Stone Family. It held between 100-150 people. The Stone Family were devout Methodists and a son, John Henley, was a lay Methodist minister.
