The Boone Family Association spells her birthname as FOULKE, while the Coates genealogy and the Berks County Historical Society spells it FOULLTE. When comparing the data between these sources, it is likely that Mary Foulke and Mary Foullte are the same person. Many sources show her husband James' name as James Maugridge Boone, however the Boone Family Association has not adopted this middle name in any of their documentation.
