To grandson John Hobson, parcel of land on south side of road beginning at a boundary of William Knot's it being a part of my father's deed and my father's will. To dau. Elizabeth Thomas dwelling plantation, being all the rest of the land not given away being upon the north side of the said road; also plantation a part of Coston* which formerly held by Edman Farr, Negro man James, Negro woman Sarah, Negro gal Abbegall, Negro boy Jack. If my dau. dies without heirs then my grandson John Hobson should have her part of the estate. To grandson John Hobson Negro man Moses, Negro boy Jarat, Negro gall Terey. To cousin Susaner Reeves Sr., cow and calf. To son-in-law Thomas Hobson, a ewe. If both my grandson John Hobson and my dau.
