Melatiah Fisher was born on 6 October 1705 at Wrentham. She was the daughter of Ebenezer Fisher and Abigail Elles.
Her married name was Ware.
Melatiah Fisher married Ephraim Leonard, son of George Leonard and Anna Tisdale, on 15 July 1745 at Wrentham. Her married name was Leonard.
Melatiah Fisher died on 3 October 1758 at Mansfield at age 52.
She was "formerly the wife of Jonathan WARE and also wife of Benjamin WARE M.D.".
