Mr Michael Kieran, 31, was born in Lancaster.
When he signed-on to the Titanic, on 4 April 1912, he gave his address as 7 Avenue Road, (Southampton). As a storekeeper he received monthly wages of £3 15s. His last ship had been the Olympic.
According to Frank Prentice, he, Kieran and fellow assistant storekeeper Cyril Ricks jumped from the stern in the final moments of the sinking.
Kieran died in the water. His body, if recovered, was never identified.
