About N.N. d'Austrasie
There is some doubt about her identity. Eckhardt says that Chrodoald married about 610 an unknown daughter of Gisulf, a Lombard duke (Merowingerblut II: Agilolfinger und Etichonen, 1965). However, Settipani suggests that Chrodoald's wife was Chlodosindis, a daughter of Siegbert I (La prehistoire de Capetiens).
MedLands says, Chrodoald married "(before 609) --- of the Franks, daughter of [SIGEBERT I King of the Franks & his wife Brunechildis of the Visigoths]. The Vita Columbani names "Chrodoaldus…regi Theuderico fideli" and his wife "amitam Theudeberti regis"." According to MedLands, her name is unknown. Her sister Chlodesindis married Authachar of the Lombards. See Chrodoald and Siegbert at MedLands, visited Aug. 16, 2013.
