Note: Deborah was also married to R. Jacob, ABD of Brest and Lublin, son of Ephraim Naftali Hirsch, ABD of Ludmir.



ABD (Chief Rabbi) Posen, where he wrote an approbation in 1647 to Emek HaMelech. He later became ABD Pinsk and then Slutzk when he signed the Minutes of the Council which convened at Zulz in 1670 and at Chamsk in 1679. He wrote approbations on Divrei Chahamim and Keneh Chochmah by R. Judah Lieb of Pinsk, published in Hamburg 1692/3 Frankfurt-on-Oder 1681/2 respectively. He died Tammuz 1697, and was buried next to R. Nahum Katzenellenbogen.
