" I Phillip Glen Doll, was born to Peter J. and Alice (Sickman) Doll at the Sickman farm north of Culver on Thorn Road, May 18m 1910. I had one sister, Glayds (Doll) Krieg White who died in 1962. She had six children. I had two bothers, Howard E. Dolls and Peter J. Doll Jr. Howard married Sereda Shively and they had two children. Howard E. Doll died in 1965 and Sereda resides in Riviera Arizona. Peter J. Doll married Opal Feltz. They had one son. Opal was killed at a railroad crossing iin Plymouth in 1946. Peter J. Jr. later remarried Wilma Billheimer and they had three children. Peter Jr. died from an industrial accident in 1972. At present time Wilma is residing in Plymouth - - I attended Sickman School, Burr Oak School and Culver High School. I later worked at Culver Military Academy for 14 years. I worked for Studebaker during World War II, then returned to Culver to take up employment in plumbing and heating until I retired in 1975.
On December 29, 1935 I married Eva C. May, who was born January 4, 1912. She was the daughter of Claude and Della (Stahl) May. Eva also had two brothers, James R. May and Robert E. May. Eva graduated from Culver High School in 1931., and later worked at Culver Military Academy.
We were blessed with one daughter, Jacquelyn Lee on December 8, 1937. She also graduated from Culver High School in 1956. She was married on March 12, 1959 to Larry R. Poling from Logan, Ohio. They were married in Culver as Larry was employed at the Culver Press at that time. They have one son Timothy James born April 17, 1960 in 1961 they moved to Columbus, Ohio. On May 4, 1964 a daughter Kelly Ann was born to them. Larry has been employed by the State of Ohio in the computer department for 24 years; the last two years as a supervisor
