This Indenture witnesseth that Lowell I. McKee and Manda L. McKee, husband and wife of Greene county in the State of Indiana conveys and warrants an undivided one-half interest to Raymond McKee and Bessie Mae McKee, husband and wife; and undivided one-fourth interest to Bill R. McKee; and an undivided one-fourth interest to Reba Gilliann of Greene county in the State of Indiana for and in consideration of One ($1.00) dollar and other valuable consideration the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following Real Estate in Greene county in the State of Indiana towit:

The northeast quarter of the northwest quarter; and the northwest quarter of the northeast quarter; and the north half of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter; and the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter; and the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter except six and forty-one/100 acres (6.41) bounded as follows: commencing at the southwest corner of the last described quarter quarter, running thence east five hundred sixty-four (564) feet to the center of open ditch; thence north up said ditch five hundred fifthy-nine (559) feet; thence north eighty-six and three-fourths (86 3/4) degrees west up said open ditch five hundred sixty-one and one-half (561 1/2) feet to the half section line; thence south six hundred and one-half (600 1/2) feet to the place of begininng, all of said lands being in Section sixteen (16) Township six (6) north, Range six (6) west, containing in all one hundred thirty-three and fifty-nine bundreths (133.59) acres, more or less, in said Greene county.

This conveyance made and accepted subject to the taxes for the year 1960 due and payable in 1961 and thereafter, which said taxes the grantees herein expressly assume and agree to pay.

This conveyance also made and accepted subject to the unpaid balance of a certain mortage to the Prudential Insurance Company of America in the principal sum of $9,300.00 together with interest from Dec. 15, 1959 to and including Aug. 1, 1960 at the rate of 4 1/2%, which said mortagage the grantees herein expressly assume and agree to pay.

I Raymond McKee being at this time a resident of Greene County, State of Indiana, and of sound and dispoing mind and memory do hereby declare this my last will and testament and do hereby revoke any and all former will by me made.

Item I: I direct my executor hereinafter named shall pay all of my just debts of last sickness, funeral expenses and the costs of administration and all estate, inherteance, transfer and succession taxes, state and federal, which my be imposed upon my porperty or estate or on any bequests, devise or intrest under this will or on any property taxable by reason of my death which passes or has passed otherwise that this will or on proceeds of policies of insurance upon my life. Item II: I will and bequeath to each of my children or to their descendants per stripes the sum of five thousand and No/100 ($5,000.00) each. Item III: I hereby will bequeath and devise all of the rest and residue of my property, reap or personal or mixed or whatever or wherever the same maybe situated and located to my beloved wife Bessie Mae McKee Item IV: In the event my wife Bessie Mae McKee should not be living at the time of my death, or if we should both die at the same time in the same accident or of the same illness, or in any manner so that it can not be determined who pre-deaceased the other, then and in any of the foregoing specides events, I will, bequeath and devise all, the rest and residue of my property as included in Item 3 above, as follows: (a) I will and bequeath and devise the following real estater in Greene County,Indiana, towit: Sixty-two acres of even width off of the north end of all that part of the southwest quarter of section 31, township 7 north, range 6 west which is situated west of the center line of the Bee Hunter ditch, the south line of the 62 acre tract being parallel with the north line of said quarter section. Also beginning at the southwest corner of section 31, township 7 north, range 6 west, of the second Principal Meridian and running thence north 53 rods, thence east 92 rods to the ditch, thence south 53 rods to the township line, thence west 92 rods to the place of beginning and containing 30 acres, more or less. Containing in all 92 acres, more or less. To Reba Gilliam and Bill R. McKee equal shares and to their descendants per stirpes. (b) I will, bequeath amd devise the following described real eastate in Greene County, Indiana, to-wit:

A part of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section $, township 6 range 6 west, described more particularyly as follows: beginning 362 feet ddue east of the corner stone in the Bloomfield and Lyons gravel road at the northwest corner of the southeast quarter of the northeast quarter of section 4, township 6 north, range 6 west thence south 352 3/4 feet to Bogard Street, thence east 121 3/4 feet, thence north 353 3/4 feet, thence east 121 3/4 feet to the place of begining. to Bill McKee The contents of furniture and furnishings in the improvements on the real eastate described at Paragrapgh (b), I will, bequeath and devise to Reba Gillam and Bill R. McKee in equal shares and to their descendants per stripes. (c) All the rest and residue of my property not otherwise disposed of, I will and bequeath and devise to my children, Bill R. McKee and Reba Gillan in equal shares and to their descendants per stripes. Item V: I hereby nominate and appoint my son Bill R. McKee as Executor of this my last will and Testament and direct that he be permitted to serve as such without the necessity of furnishing any bond.
