[JBA:]
Family information indicates she was named Regina, and granddaughters carry that name as expected.
She was apparently also the first-born, and thus also known as Bechora, which means "first-born daughter" in Hebrew. On her daughter Speranza's marriage certificate, her name is listed as "Bechole Bakula". I interpret this to be the diminutive of Bechora (similar to Hanoula from Hannah). On her 1906 immigration ship's manifest, she is listed as "Bechora".
I am assuming the surname "Bakula" is identical to the well-known Ioannina surname "Bakola".
