Reuben was the 9th child born to Jonathan Brockway and Phebe Smith. Reuben was b Washington, Oct 29,1774; m ANNA ---; settled on a tract of wild land, which he received as a gift from his father, an which is now the farm of Samuel Fletcher; he afterward removed to Maine. Two children were born to them in W,;

   1. Nabby, b W., Aug 24,1794.
   2. Reuben, b W., Nov 11,1795.
