In April 1934, when her father died, Riccarda was already married to Enrico, her second husband. They lived in Trieste with her son. Enrico moved to Argentina first. She followed in August 1940. After Enrico's death in S. America she returned to Trieste and shared an apartment with the Krons and Charlotte Goldberger, Margit's mother.

She later moved back to Vienna.
