About Robert Michael Holzer

Bob spent 23 years in the US Army  His first three years were in the 82nd Abn Division, The next 20 years he was in the ASA SOD, Attached to Special Forces. He was in the 7th  SF Group in Panama, The 5th SFG in Vietnam. In Vietnam he was at Dak TO and Dak Pek both were blown up by the Viet Cong. Dak To was completely destroyed. 

After Vietnam he was at Fort Bragg for a year, Then to Okinawa to the 10th SFG spent three and a half years on Washington DC at Arlington Hall Station, and the Pentagon. Stayed there approx 2 years then to Thailand. After Thailand went to Fort Devens Ma. Stayed there until 1978 then he Retired. He died from Lung Cancer caused By Agent Orange used inVietnam.
