About Roy Gustavas Inman

Roy attended Iowa State College until forced to terminate his education because of his father's sudden death. He was a railway fireman in Fort Dodge, IA until about 1902 and then a railway mail clerk in St. Paul, MN until 1906. Roy next farme d in the vicinity of Girard, KS until 1918 and was then a rancher at Gardner, CO until about 1943. He was very active in local and civic affairs in both KS and CO. Roy was killed in an auto accident near Jerome, AZ and is buried at Gardner.

Info from "The Genealogy of the Daniel Inman Family", by Charles Inman. Cemetery records indicate one infant burind in Crawford Co., KS in 1916.
