Mrs Washington Dodge (Ruth Vidaver), was born in Cleveland, Ohio on 27 March 1878, the daughter of Nathaniel Vidaver and his wife.
Ruth had been married previously and had a daughter Vida.
In 1912 she lived in San Francisco, California. She boarded the Titanic at Southampton with her husand Dr Washington Dodge and her son Washington Dodge Jr. The family bought ticket No. 33638 at a cost of £81 17 2d. They occupied cabin A-34.
Mrs Dodge and her son were rescued in lifeboat 5.
Ruth Dodge died in Manhattan in July 1950.
