Sarah Jessica Parker is an American actress who first got recognized in such films as Footloose and Girls Just Want to Have Fun. A few years later she starred in L.A. Story with Steve Martin and the Tim Burton Film, Mars Attacks!

But before starring in films she was in a television series called Square Pegs. After about 25 years she become another recognizable character on television when playing the role of Carrie Bradshaw in the HBO series, Sex and the City.

She is married to fellow actor Matthew Broderick. The couple have 3 children and reside in New York.
