About Shema Takchi, Choctaw
Her name is listed in documentation on Dawes cards as Shim-o-te-cha and She-mo-ti-ci-cha, possibly the Choctaw word "shemachechi" which would make the name mean "she decorates it" or "shema takchi" "she ties decorations." I believe it is Shema Takchi.
