I hate having my hands tied by the new geni! But as I am currently strapped for cash, and am tied into the "big tree" I'm pretty useless on here.

Ihave a natural curiosity towards genealogy. I want to know what parts of history my ancestors have played. After all, to each of their lives do I owe my own. It is the precise nature of who meets and has children that comes to the the chance that you or I were born. My interest started with recording family genealogy that was known into my computer. Soon I was on the internet finding other relatives who had invested much in finding out much more that I already knew. It is though this medium that I met cousin Ann in Wales, cousin Janie Cochran in Washington, and Peg Craig- to whom we owe any pictures out of the old Evans/Wainwright family album. All three of these wonderful women are from the Evans branch of my family. I've spent countless hours pouring over the Evans family album, looking at photos, and reading family history so lovingly typed up. Current hobbies are pouring over census records trying to figure out how all the Cissne's are connected, and reconnect those lost... and figuring out where Bige Begley came from, besides "He appeared out the dust of Indian Territory" So..

I have a BS in Elementary Education and spend 10 months of the year teaching 4th grade =)
