Mr Thomas Blake, 36, was was likely born in St Teath, North Cornwall in 1877. At the 1881 census date he was living at Trewen Cottage, Lanteglos near Camelford, North Cornwall with his grandparents, Thomas Martin (farm bailiff) and Jane Martin.
When he signed-on to the Titanic, on 6 April 1912, he gave his address as 35 Peel Street, Northam, Southampton. He was transferred from the Oceanic.
Thomas Blake died in the sinking, his body, if recovered, has never been identified.
He is mentioned on the St. Augustines Church Memorial, Northam, Southampton.
