Second son of Dianah Harris and Thomas Sr. Bloxham.

He married (1) Alice Ann Marston Hill in a civil ceremony October of 1856 at Salt Lake City, Utah. Their first child, a son, Thomas Joseph Bloxham, was born 2 November 1857.

On 3 March 1858 they were sealed in an LDS ceremony at the Salt Lake City Endowment House. April 1859, their daughter Lucy Ann was born at Kaysville, Davis, Utah.

They later divorced and Alice Ann married Thomas's younger brother, John Thomas Bloxham on 2 February 1867.

On 20 September 1877 Thomas Jr. married (2) Mary Mae Shelton at Red Bluff, Tehama, California. Although she was 30 years younger than he, they were married for nearly 27 years.

Mary Mae and Thomas had ten children: John William, Zeller Martin, Emery, Josephine Maude, Warren Edward, Leslie, Della, Leslie Thomas, Floyd Ely and Dessie.

After the death of Thomas, Mary Mae married Asberry C. Bandy of Red Bluff.
