Judith Jefferson and Mary Field, was the sister of Peter Jefferson and the Aunt of Thomas Jefferson, 3rd President of the United States of America. George Farrar was born 1690 at Farrar's Island, VA.

Thomas More, grandfather of George W. Moore, was listed as a Revolutionary War Patriot in Public Claims, Dated 5/14/1782, Mecklenburg, Virginia. He supplied for continental use: 275 hundred weight of beef. (Order Book 5, pg. 145). The will of Thomas Moore was proved 7/13/1795. Legatees were Thomas More, Seth Moore, George Moore, married Elizabeth Moody, Field Moore, married Sarah Lidderdal, Tassanus Moore, married William Hudson, Elizabeth Moore, married John Daws, Priscilla Moore, married 1st a Nunn, Judith Moore, married a Boyd, Nancy Moore, married a Crowder, Mary Moore, married a Franklin, and Lucy Moore, married William Willis. Will Book 3, pg. 272. Elliot Moore, marriage records 1765 - 1810, Mecklenburg County, Virginia, deed was issued to George W. Moore et Alii on 7/11/1800, Deed Book 10, pg. 557. Since George W. Moore's son was only 2 years old, this would indicate both father and son had the same middle initial.
