Thomas Henry Northen

Birth: Jan. 7, 1863 Georgia, USA Death: Mar. 23, 1904 Atlanta Fulton County Georgia, USA

Son of Georgia Governor W. J. Northen, Thomas H. Northen was a prominent businessman in Atlanta. He was a member of the firm Northen & Dunson, real estate dealers. Northen had graduated from Mercer University in 1883.

In 1886, he married Mattie Traylor, of Troup County, and the couple had four children, three of whom were alive in 1900--W. J., Jr., Ruth, and George T. They attended the Second Baptist church in Atlanta.
