Tobias Immanuel Øgrim (født 1886 i Sicklaö, Stockholms län, Sverige, død 11. november 1962 i Oslo) var kommandør i Frelsesarmeen.

Han var sønn av Johan Ögrim, og kom til Norge første gang i 1895, der hans far var sjefssekretær i Frelsesarmeen. I 1905 dro han til Frelsesarmeens internasjonale krigsskole i London. Etter dette ble han sendt som frelsesoffiser i England, til Japan og til flere europeiske land.

Etter at hans far Johan ble landsleder i frelsesarmeen i Norge i 1906, tok Tobias norsk statsborgerskap i 1908. Kommandør T. I. Øgrims plass utenfor Frelsesarmeens hovedkvarter i Bernhard Getz' gate i Oslo er oppkalt etter ham.

Tobias Immanuel Øgrim (born in 1886 in Sicklaö , Stockholm County , Sweden , died 11 November 1962 in Oslo ) was commander of the Salvation Army.
