She was born in Hopkins Co., Ky. April 22, 1819; d. October 23, 1904. She is buried in the West End Cemetery, Stephenville, Erath County, TX.

James McNeil in Erath Co., Texas; d. at Stephenville, Texas in 1931. Seven children. 3) Francis Marion b. September 17, 1864; d. in infancy. 4) Nettie Ann b. in Ky. December 14, 1865; m. Enoch L. Dodd. Five sons. 5) Dora Lee b. in Ky. July 8, 1868; d. 1928; m. Hermon Whitacre in Erath Co, Texas. Eight children. 6) William Jarman b. in Erath Co., Texas February 13, 1871; m. four times. Five sons. 7) Lorena P. b. in Erath Co., Tex. March 2, 1874; m. Frank Mahan. Eight children. Lived at Denton, Tex. 8) Lois Oscar b. in Erath Co., Texas July 2, 1876; m. and has two sons. 9) Lucinda Elizabeth b. Erath co., Texas November 22, 1881; m. John George. Three daughters. Lives at Graham, Texas. 10) Almer E. b. in Erath Co., Texas; m. Fannie Strong.

1864. He died in San Jose April 27, 1916. Moved to Erath Co., Texas June 1870. In 1805 went to Calif. Five children: 1) Nellie Gordon b. in Hickman co., Ky. March 14, 1866; m. William R. Nipper in Erath Co., Texas August 3, 1884. In 1933 lived at Grant Pass, Ore. where he died. Six children: 2) Cora Elizabeth b. in Hickman Co., Ky. May 28, 1868; m. Charles E. Puff in San Jose, Calif. October 31, 1904. One son. 3) Nellie Jane b. Ertah Co., Texas September 10, 1870; m. John Hibdon in Stephenville, Texas October 31, 1904. One son. 4) Thomas Walter b. in Erath Co., Texas March 1, 1873; m. twice. First to Pearl Bradley of Ky. in Erath Co., Texas. August 7, 1898. One son. Second wife to Florence Forster October 14, 1903. Three sons. 5) Monnetta Proctor b. in Erath Co., Texas January 20, 1875; m. Callie Green in Comanche Co., Texas July 8, 1903.

62 LOUVISTA JANE (6) b. in Graves Co., Ky. July 6, 1851; d. in Stephenville, Erath Co., TX; m. Moses W. Smythia on Aug. 14, 1870 in Hickman Co., KY. Went to Erath Co., Texas in 1870. He died and she moved to Stephenville, Texas. Seven children.
