Note: came to America in the "William and Francis" (Other sources say he came on the "Mary & John" in 1630.) landing (2) 10th founder of Windsor, Connecticut.

Occupation: was a merchant. (3)

Note: moved to Windsor shortly thereafter where he was granted a home lot in the Palisado and "set out an orchard". The present First Church stands on his original lot. (4)

Note: was appointed by the General Court to examine the arms and munitions of the towns in the Colony and was also auditor of public accounts. (5)

Note: moved to Fairfield in 1648, where he finally settled and he was a Deputy to the General Court from there, too. (5)

Note: left an estate which totaled £225 including £30 of real estate and an apple orchard. (1) (6)
