    Sir William Ferrers, 3rd Lord Ferrers (of Groby) was born on 28 February 1333. 

He married Margaret d'Ufford, daughter of Robert d'Ufford, 1st Earl of Suffolk and Margaret de Norwich.

He married, secondly, Margaret de Percy, daughter of Sir Henry Percy, 2nd Lord Percy and Idoine de Clifford, before 1370.

He died on 7 January 1370/71 at age 37.1
