Elizabeth married Joseph Avent JEFFERY, son of Thomas JEFFERY and and Mary CREFT.
When Joseph died in 1864 she signed her name as
Elizabeth JEFFERY on his death notice, but when her
son, Charles Avent JEFFERY died in 1867 she reverted
back to her maiden and signed her name as KESTELL.
