About Benjamin Foster
Published in "The Sydney Morning Herald" of Thursday 15 July 1858:
"In the last Will and Testament of BENJAMIN FOSTER, formerly of Moscheto Island, in the colony of New South Wales, and lately of Sydney in the said colony, farmer. NOTICE is hereby given that, at the expiration of fourteen days from the publication hereof in the GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, an application will be made to the Supreme Court of New South Wales, in its Eccclesiastical Jurisdiction, that Probate of the Will of the aforesaid BENJAMIN FOSTER be granted to GEORGE FOSTER, of Moscheto Island aforesaid, farmer, one of the executors named in the said will. Dated this 12th day of July, A D. 1858. WILLIAM HELLYER, Proctor for the said George Foster, 84, King-street, Sydney. VICTORIA by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Queen, Defender of the Faith, &c., &c."
