Nathan John Hobden (Klaehn)

Nathan John Hobden (Klaehn) was born Saturday, 14th June, 1980 at the Ipswich Maternity Hospital, Ipswich, Qld., Australia. He weighed in at 9lbs 12 ozs. He looked like the Micholin Man, he had so many rolls of fat I couldn't believe it neither could the nursers!..He was welcomed into the family by his big sister Kelli-Lee, Grandma and Poppa.

When he discovered "Leggo's", that was all he wanted to play with, and heaven help anyone who was around while he was connecting them up to make a car, if the wheels didn't go on correctly. Nathan would do the pills and just pick up the car he had just spent 2hrs making, and toss it accross the room or verandah.

Nathan went to Kindy at Esk & District Kindergarden in Esk when he was 2yrs old, and attended the Kindy until he was 3 when we left Esk to live in Marburg. Nathan went to the Marburg Pre School for 12mths and started Year One at St. Bridget's Catholic Primary School in Rosewood.

Grade Two was spent at Marburg State Primary School as his little sister, Tillena, was starting Pre-School at Marburg.

Grade's Three to Year Seven, he went back to St. Bridget's Catholic Primary School. High School was at Rosewood State High School. When Nathan was 12 1/2 yrs old, he started working at the Local Butcher Shop in Rosewood, and has been working in the Meat Industry off and on ever since.

This first house Nathan bought was in Madden Lane, Rosewood, this he had for a year then sold it. With the money he made on this house he bought a 40 acre block of land at Grantham, cleared an area to put a shed to live in on there.

He met Kristy Hall and fell in love, then he bought a house in Grandchester, Qld., where he lives with Kristy now. Nathan and Kristy are going to become parents in March 2009, which we are all excited about.
