You\u00a0may also choose if\u00a0you would like your birth surname preference to be displayed just in the\u00a0tree or everywhere on Geni. For example, a common genealogical practice is to view\u00a0surnames in all CAPS. Instead of entering the surname in all CAPS, you can simply update your name preferences.
