West Hollywood-based Geni<\/strong> said
\nthis week that the firm has improved the firm's site, which allows
\nusers to create family trees and network with family members. The firm
\nsaid that it has enhanced the ability to find duplicate profiles in the
\nservice, with automatic advanced searches when users view a profile.
\nThe service said that the new capability will help its users see how
\nmany matches there are, whether or not those are connected or not
\nconnected to a users. Geni's Web 2.0 site allows users to build their
\nown family trees; the new feature–which have been available, but
\nweren't run automatically–helps users find information on relatives
\nwhich might have already been entered by other people in the system.
