My subscription was paid for "Pro". I am still listed unser "Basic". This has been many months and I am on the verge of ending my subscription.

If you merge your own Profile with another version of your Profile - it seems often the merged Profile loses its Premium Membership. If that happens, contact Geni about that at firstname.lastname@example.org , as it says in Help Topic linked to above.
